My family was very happy with Michael's work. He was always honest and direct and his staff very organized and great communication skills. We were told up front about costs so we could be prepared. My cousin didn't speak English and I was out of town so they recommended an amazing interpreter who was also very helpful throughout the entire process, including followup classes he had to take. He recommended another attorney more specialized in another type of case that we also had, instead of just taking our money and messing up the case. Important to add that everyone in this office was very respectful of cultural and language differences and so accommodating.
